Chef McCoy

Culinary Professional & Visual Artist

Chef McCoy is an Army veteran, executive chef, and culinary professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He is currently a teaching artist through DREAMS Center for Arts Education and Creating Art in Community. Chef McCoy continues to empower others by sharing his expertise. He is a visual artist, working primarily in acrylic paint. He has also participated in community mural work in Wilmington, N.C.

Arial Fitzner

Visual Artist, Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer

Arial Fitzner is a TSHA Certified Sound Healer, 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, artist, and U.S. Marine Corps veteran. She also studies stenography. She believes that creating art and sound healing cultivates a peaceful, positive space for connection and community, and enjoys seeing how therapeutic it can be for others.

Zerick Jones

Visual Artist, Muralist

Zerick Jones, a Wilmington native, has traveled the world. He is a portrait artist who works in a variety of mediums, such as charcoal, acrylics, graphite, and his love, soft pastels. Zerick has been creating since birth. He has created numerous murals in the Wilmington area. Zerick served in the Navy from 1987 - 1989 aboard the U.S.S. Iowa. The U.S.S. Iowa had a capacity of 1,500, with 750 onboard during Zerick’s service. Zerick Jones is a teaching artist and has played a key role in mural collaborations with the City of Wilmington.

CB Johnson

Singer, Songwriter, Guitarist

CB Johnson is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist currently residing in Wilmington, NC. His influences include Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, Gram Parsons, Emmylou Harris, and the Rolling Stones, among others. He currently performs as a solo artist and in a duo project, Initialize, where he is the primary songwriter and lead vocalist.

Marco D'Onofrio

Wire Sculptures

Marco has 20+ years of experience as a marine mechanic, with mechanical & electrical expertise. He started creating wire sculptures in 2025 using upcycled materials from dilapidated boats.

Performance, Presentation, and Production

Growing up crawling and coloring under a Steinway piano as his mother practiced for her operas, music was treated with the same importance as food in his home. His professional career in broadcast television production started with touring as a tech and musician. Blending these two passions keeps him going.
